Grampa Play!

Momma and Daddy took a little trip and we got to play in the pool with Grampa a lot!  Gramma always lets us set up the pool and splash and play to our hearts content.  We love it almost as much as we love them.

5/28/12 - Memorial Day Memories

Since Gramma and Grampa came home a day early from their trip, we invited them down for an impromptu picnic in the backyard.  We've been asking Momma and Daddy for a few days if we could picnic like Mickey Mouse, and everyone was up for it.  G.G. Pa & G.G. Ma came too.  We had so much fun, no one took pictures.  But we got a few in before the festivites began.

Momma came out from doing some laundry and found us all snuggled...

But Marion wanted to smile for the picture, so snuggling ended.

Then Daddy found Marion ready to go and snapped a quick picture,

Blowing kisses to Daddy!

Of course, I wanted in on the fun too

5/24/12 - Motorcycle!

We got to go up to Grampa & Gramma's last night and ride Goy's new favorite toy - the 'motorcycle' as he's dubbed it.  They were both so excited to get to ride with Grampa, and then we all headed inside for sorbet and a quick visit.  They each got one more trip around the block with Grampa and then we came home for a late bedtime.  It's all they can talk about today.

Goy had already figured out where everything was, and even  hit the kill switch when it was time to get off and let Marion go :).

Ready to drive!

Can't tell who had more fun, Goy or Grampa

I got more video than pictures of Marion's trip, which are too big to upload here, but trust me, she was so excited.  Grampa said she kept saying "weeee!!!" and giving him big smiles on their trip around the block.

We were a little worried Marion wouldn't sit still for Grampa, because she never sits still, but she did, she held on great and didn't wiggle around!

After parking it in the garage, the kids wanted one more ride.  Goy tried pushing every button to make it work, but cleaver Grampa had the key in his pocket.  Marion told Grampa to sit behind her.

I think fun was had by all :)

3/23/12 - The Last 3 Weeks

I've had this post written for over a week, but couldn't get some of the pictures from the 8th and 10th to load, so guess it'll only be two weeks :)

So, I should probably be doing some housework while its calm, but I wanted to get some pictures up on the blog for everyone to see (and maybe to show off my two cuties a little...)

3/23 - They just love copying me and my style.  They were both struggling to agree on who got to wear my hat, so I just grabbed another one out of the closet and presto - two happy kids

3/22 - Play time outside - discovering puddles and getting even better at riding his bike!

3/21 - Wrestle Time with Daddy & 15 Weeks Pregnant

3/20 - How we say "Cheese"

3/14 - Evening snuggles

3/4/2012 - We inturrupt this radio silence...

To bring you a much over due family update.  Momma here - sorry for all the silence on our blog lately, I've been feeling pretty under the weather with baby #3 on the way and a few yuckie colds running a muck through our house.  Yes you read that right, baby #3, due September 12th.  The kids are just as excited as Daddy & I and change their minds daily on whether they want a girl or a boy.  Daddy's been tackling most of the housework and kid care at night, so I can rest, and the kids, while they seem to miss me a little when I'm resting, they are loving all the daddy attention.  Snuggles have become a nightly ritual (along with wrestle sessions that have either just ended or are just gearing up to start).  I think I'm on the other side of this first trimester stuff, not completely ready to tackle it all, but getting it back little by little, so hopefully you'll be able to see more posts coming up.
